A warm shrimp cocktail flavored with Sriracha. A new take on an old favorite.
- 1 pound Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 1/8th Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
For Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon Orange Zest
- 1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Orange Juice from zested orange
You will want to serve this dish warm. You can make the dipping sauce up to a day ahead of time.
