The Sins of Not Getting Your Work Done

How do you get better at managing your time?

I have used Saturday and Sundays to create recipes, photograph my creations and then publish on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I have a plan and I would love to stick to it.

That does not always happen. This past weekend my intentions were true but my results were less than stellar.  I have so many exciting things happening and I am organizing them into priorities this weekend they got a little screwed up.  I got halfway done with a bunch of stuff. Not all the way done with anything.

Here is half way to a Iced Coffee recipe…

Coffee

I am halfway thru organizing my basement so I have a space for Photography props and food preps.

I started a session on Corn…. it is not finished yet but there is a good photo at the beginning of this post of corn on butter. I mean really!  Corn and butter they are a team right!

I also started the process of making Tripping Vittles a LLC and getting a Federal Tax ID number. This is beyond exciting to me as it means I am moving forward on my goal and that is to have this be about more than just recipes and my ramblings. I have things I want to share with you and products I want to offer and my vision is still hoping people come together over food, drink and music.  So much in life can be solved over a good meal and a little conversation. This weekend instead of finishing all the above I ended Sunday with a great meal with Friends and a trip for Ice Cream!

All of these halves did not equal a whole post for today.

I am moving on to Wednesday and will leave you with this………“An ounce of sauce covers a multitude of sins.”
